    They used the word "routine".

...and when I check the USADA website, I see a bunch of athletes busted via CIR.

As an aside, a bunch of amateur boxers have been sanctioned for various doping violations.

Why do I get the feeling that if Floyd ever loses, his opponent will somehow turn up being tested positive for some banned substance, a week or two later.

They (Team May/ GBP) said they were open to using another agency other than USADA.

        Manny wanted to use BADA.

I think he should use the established agency that the Olympics uses. Cost is not a concern.
          Floyd ain't the sport, Dios.

For more fighters to be tested and with just the same amount of testing, go the cheaper route. Annie Skinner's idea of charging a dollar extra for drug testing isn't a bad idea.

From the communication protocol and the notification problems, it seems that VADA has a bit of work to do.

While they hammer that out and refine their processes, I prefer for Floyd to use the more established USADA.

Once VADA gets the kinks out, it's ON.

I don't keep up with all of that. I just made a general statement, that Floyd may have a insurance policy in place in case he loses. That post-fight test results will show that his opponent was on something, thus he appeals the loss.

I don't even keep up with this stuff anymore, I just noticed your thread was in the front and checked it out. Haven't seen one of your threads in a long time.

Incorrect. Manny wanted to use NADA.

VADA uses the same communication protocol that USADA uses. GBP just got pie in their face for not signing the contracts that VADA wanted signed. They just wanted to save face so they blamed VADA.
