"All the distractions caught up to Manny in his last fight," Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach said Thursday of the boxer's narrow decision over Juan Manuel Marquez in November.

Roach reeled off a list of adjustments that Pacquiao, 33, has made since the Marquez bout, the most notable being saving his marriage to wife, Jinkee, who Roach said served Pacquiao with divorce papers on the eve of the Marquez fight.

"He's given away his ****-fighting farm (in the Philippines), sold his casino and his nightclub," Roach said.

Roach described a pre-Marquez climate that included "girls and everything that goes with it," late nights of ******** and excessive physical wear playing too many games of basketball.

"Now, he's back with his wife, reading the Bible every day, and he's given up basketball," Roach said at Hollywood's Wild Card Boxing Club, where Pacquiao has resumed training after a stint in the Philippines.

Pacquiao said he was drawn to read a Bible that someone presented to him as a gift just before the Marquez bout.

"If a house is divided against itself," Pacquiao said in repeating a favorite passage, "that house cannot stand."

The 28-year-old Bradley (28-0, 12 KOs) of Cathedral City, Calif., is further reason to get the house in order.

Interesting, I hope we see the Pacquiao who went to war with Cotto and destroyed Ricky Hatton again. Bradley is a tough opponent, and one hell of a fighter, reminds me of Holyfield.

Look at Pac's face compared to Clottey's at the end of their fight. If facial comparisons are what determine Ws and Ls, Pac lost that one easily.

Holyfield is a good comparison. I always call him a more skilled and more athletic Hatton. I'm betting the hope in Camp Pacquaio is that he walks into something the way he did a couple times against Holt and the way Hatton did against Pac. I don't see it though. I think this is gonna be a tough fight and I like Bradley's youth and hunger will pull it through for him.

Its a good thing for Pacquiao that he is back on his old ways doing hard training. It will be a great fight with Bradley.

JMM got knocked down by Pac 4 times
and Pac has a solid amount of rounds against jmm

It's not just the face of Marquez, but also the punch stats. Both favored Pacquiao. Can't say the same for Clottey, can you?

Translation: Pacquiao was asimilating my formula, but we have a new update that seems to be working. We will make Manny super one more time and He will give Bradley his 1st 0. If He dies, He dies.

Don't have to look it up. I've watched both fights several times and scored them for JMM every time.

Pretty sure I can find you somewhere on this site in the last week saying punch stats aren't accurate in complaining that Cotto was only credited with a mere 8.75 connects per round last Sat.
