Exactly. Restless_438 said "Taylor's only two really significant wins are disputed and always will be." Taylor is only 27. How do you know Taylor will not have another significant fight?

It's obvious that Restless_438 needs some rest, LOL. We all go through these times, just sleep it off brutha

The other thing is (and i've mentioned this before), Taylor's a big critic of himself, and again, for the 2nd time, i know in his heart, he wasn't impressed by his victory last night. I hope he can learn more from this fight just as he did their first fight and really have a "true" un-disputed victory over a key opponent, after this happens, i promise the criticizing from me will cease.

And reading Sucka's comments, i agree. I never said he won't have a successful career or he doesn't have a chance to beat future quality opponents. I just feel like he's earning all this glory too much, too soon when you consider that both this fights have come down to the wire and could've swung either way, but went in the younger, more active fighters favor. Just don't start bowing to the monument until there's good enough reason to build it, that's all i'm getting at.

But if the kid is gonna parade around with those titles forever, i better start to see himself giving himself A's on his gradecard after his fights real soon and with good reason.
LMAO! You hit the jackpot! Tell that to your boy Hopkins who paraded his titles forever and never took risks. At least Roy Jones fought at heavyweight

Actually, from what I saw in this fight, I think Taylor won. Sure, 115-113 is pretty close, but he did win and did win against an all-time great. Taylor is going to get so much better and he has a chance to dominate middleweight just like Hopkins did IMO. I say a chance because in combat sports, you never know what will happen.

Yall are honest to god, ignorant. Don't say anything, don't reply, just watch as history unfolds and you are forced to realize that Taylor is HBO hype.
so youre telling me that it was more impressive that hopkins took on a kid, then the fact that the kid wanted hopkins. Hopkins ducked good fighters for years. In taylors last two fights he has taken on a better opponent then hopkins did in 9 years. And in his second title defense he will have taken on better opponents then hopkins whole career.

              Restless, you need sleep man.

Taylor's carreer is on the right track! Wit Winky and possibly Lacy on the scene you cant count out the posibility of Taylor being successful and havin great accomplishments........

OF COURSE it's more impressive! What are you smoking? (literally?)

Hopkins, at age 40 (FORTY) gave a young, 20 something fighter a chance at his titles.

It's natural and expected for a young, up-and-coming fighter to want to fight the champion. Every young fighter is like that.

For the last time, im not. I just beg to see more from this kid than what i've seen. I'm not arguing he won two close fights, i'm not arguing that he earned both, i'm arguing (IMO) his future against other, younger opponents if he keeps fighting at the level he's currently fighting. Which is, LIKE HE HONESTLY ADMITTED, at a B level.

Still, if Taylor steps up and takes on the Winky fight everyone has to give him eternal props, no matter how good you think he is.

I cant see this guy beating Calzaghe. He beat Hopkins twice. Props for that. But Calzaghe is different class.
