Mayorga, Foreman on Cotto's power?

Did Mayorga, Foreman, Floyd, etc. rate Cotto's punching power at all? I remember Floyd and Mayorga saying he was tough, but I don't recall any mention of his power.

I'm mainly curious as to whether he hit Mayorga harder than Trinidad or De La Hoya, since Mayorga claims Oscar punched harder than Tito. Any insight on this?

In the interview with Showtime after the fight Mayorga said that Cotto hits hard. Didn't go in to much detail though.
