If a doctor gives you a drug regimen, esp for something as systemic as testosterone, why would you go off of it? Where was the follow-up visit to be retested?

What this signals to me is that he was juicing, and then as soon as he tested, he stopped taking it.

...not the implants, of course... but whatever ELSE he was taking. Which he was.

If it can be explained reasonably with proof what the deal was even if it is garbage he could possibly avoid the last 2.
It not going to deter anyone from doing it though. An example really has to be made but it won't. Second chances just mean people will chance their luck until their caught. If the problem is as rife as most suspect that's just not going to cut it if the sport is to really be cleaned up. It not like other sports were universal testing will be agreed upon so if positives testers are buried and they know there not going to be ableto come back and make any sort of real money then it might discourage more. it would be a start.

Wont happen though cause boxers are the meal ticket for a long long list of people right the way to the top.

          Hahahahaha, Lamont Peterson...

First he brings in his own referee for an advantage, then he brings in someone that's buddys with the DC judges to mess wid the scorecards (and he still only sc****s a win), Then he takes steroids...

I wondered why he kept saying on his Twitter he will knock Khan out, now we know how...

He ent losing nuttin bro. He never wanted to fight Khan in the first place dats why he appealed against the WBA's decision to give Khan an immediate rematch. Nowhe has got what he wanted, He's not fighting Khan and he's kept the belts... Man needs to be stripped just like Bradley was for ducking Khan

Boxers should just land tips from Floyd Mayweather Junior, Senior and Roger....
Floyd's been doing it for years enit, That year of 'retirement' was really to juice hard and let it get out of his system before 'coming out of retirement'.
The guy knows so much about steroids that he is so paranoid about others beating the system n dat (Like he has). Infact he is probaby so paranoid 'cos the steroids have ****ed wid his head...
How can anyone come out and accuse Amir Khan of taking steroids, when he is as skinny as a ****in pencil? Only Floyd can and will do this like he has done wid every other elite level opponent

Well, he lost out on a huge fight. Most guys aren't in position to lose out on million dollar pay days, I think that is quite a deterent. Some guys will alwyas try to game the system though no matter what the penalty because they can gain a lot that will never be taken away, even if they eventually get slapped hard.

Everybody deserves a second chance though, wether it is right away or 2 year from now which I think is that standard first time doping penalty.

These cats are lying their asses off.

I hate to see people playing the "I'm confused! We must get to the bottom of this" card.
