arum just finding ways to block the fight. pacquiao has said that he would take the test everytime when he has a fight already signed or to counter the critics.if arum was'nt in the picture pacquiao wouldve signed for the $40 million guarantee. now pac is stuck in a fight that can only get him up $17 million and it not guaranteed.

What about the damage control saying that Pac has agreed to the OSDT for 2 years??? That's a big time lie and raises red flags.... Everyone knows that Pac and Arum's refusal to do blood testing and OSDT held up this fight to begin with....

Pacquiao was cleared in early-mid April. The standard time for healing cut-to-the-bone wounds is 6 months. A month or two after the Pacquiao-Marquez fight, another top fighter got a similiar deep cut and was announced to be out of action for 6 months. So what's all the crap being thrown for. What promoter is going to risk spending millions on a promotion only for the fighter to get hit in sparring, on a not fully healed wound, and have everything cancelled......??

As for the prefab arena, who do you think would be fool enough to build it, at a cost of a few millions, and rely on Mayweather to appear within a set time period. Not me...Not Arum...maybe you....

When the contract is signed and sealed, and training well under way, I'd bet the arena will be erected. it was reported to take about 6 -7 weeks to complete. Unless they have the fight in another state in a football field. But Mayweather won't fight out of Las Vegas. Hasn't for years. He's got some reason, who knows why, or cares. Maybe you know??
