And, their could be a way to beat the VADA testing as well.
I have always believed the cheaters are ahead of the testers.
They need to start putting the fear in these fighters that your career could be shortened if you cheat.
Fine them a heavy amount and suspend for at least 3 years or more.
Because, right now a fighter could cheat and what's consequence, a fight gets canceled? A fight turns into a NC? Big deal? At most suspended a year. Who might only fight once or twice a year anyways? How did that hurt Chavez Jr? Mosley? Nino?
Severe testings are great. But, you need a severe punishment to go with it. If no severe punishment then really the testing is a waste.
Not to sound like an ass but if USADA/WADA doesn't catch it, then why is it such a big deal? To my knowledge that is the top of the line testing and if it doesn't care to go to that low of ratio then it must be that important. I'd like an explanation as to why USADA/WADA only test to a 6 to 1 ratio but the other testing is more strict.

I believe Peterson was training a week after the first fight. Now I would imagine he was able to train hard because of them and was cycling off closer to the fight.
