You cheatin little son of a beetch, Lamont. Only the haters will continue to support Lamont when he has clearly cheated. Have some honour and give khan his due. Amir was cheated in the first fight.

They didn't catch it the first fight because they weren't using VADA testing the first time, they just had the regular tests run by the local DC commission. The regular tests done by the Nevada commission wouldn't have caught Peterson either. VADA does extensive testing, including the Carbon Isotope Ratio which is more effective for catching testosterone users.

If this bothers Shah he and Amir should start using VADA/WADA style testing for all their fights, as other fighters have.

Interesting, in that case he has a right but I just think he should move on. At this point in Khans career the record or belts doesn't mean that much. Most of us know he's a good fighter and a pretty big name. He should fight in a few weeks so he can be sharp and ready for Bradley in the winter.

              Shah raises some good points:
              1) Why was the urine test not picked up by the DC commission?
              2) Did Peterson use a masking agent to protect himself from being caught?
              3) was Peterson attempting to cycle off and he was caught off guard at the press conference?

Whatever the outcome if ever a fight should be a NC it is this fight. Ive never seen such a controversy filled event with the home fighter being heavily favoured throughout.

Team Peterson admitted to using testosterone pellets for the first fight, margarita never admitted it. Huge difference between the 2 cases right there

At the end of the day, it's his legacy, and it's well within his rights to want to change that result to a NC.

I get what you are trying to say and i agree somewhat, this whole saga with Peterson has been a **** up for both the fighters.

This is not just about 'at this point in Khan's career' though is it? Like i said, this is about Khan's legacy.

20+ years from now, the casual fans will just see that as a straight loss against LP, when Khan's camp will feel that he lost due to LP cheating.

If all the facts come out and they definitely point to LP having a unfair advantage in the first fight, then Khan's camp should definitely do all they can to change the result of the fight to a NC.

What is significant to understand is that VADA, unlike any other drug testing entity in the world of its kind, uses a screen test that is specifically designed to detect synthetic testosterone. The test method, known as Carbon Isotope Ratio (CIR), may have been the key in detecting what was found in Peterson’s system. If Peterson’s T/E ratio (testosterone to epitestosterone) had been under the allowable limit of 6:1 in Nevada, he would have possibly escaped detection of synthetic testosterone use as NSAC and USADA do not use the CIR method unless a high T/E ratio shows up first as a red flag.
