    Tim Bradley = Ricky Hatton

No, not in styles. I realize their styles are very different.

But I have seen many posters on NSB complain about how Floyd beat Ricky at 147 and 147 was not Ricky's best weight.

Is 147 Tim Bradley's best weight? How many fights has he had at WW? Who has he beaten at WW, and how did Tim look?

Tim Bradley is undefeated, Ricky Hatton was undefeated.

Tim Bradley is p4p #9, Ricky Hatton was p4p #8.

Tim Bradley stopped Devon Alexander who kinda quit, Ricky Hatton stopped Kostya Tszyu who kinda quit.

Please explain to be how Tim Bradley is a more formidable opponent than Ricky Hatton was.

Tim Bradley is Ricky Hatton without punching power.

Said it many times. Not styles of course but as far as how they are rated going in.

Hatton was #8 P4P, unbeaten, had fought once at 147 before. Wins over Tszyu, Maussa, Urango, Castillo, and Collazo.

Bradley is #8 P4P, unbeaten, has fought at 147 once before. Wins over Witter, Holt, Alexander, Abregu, and Peterson.

Both are equal, very good fights.

There were few threads about this already. I'd say PAC Bradley is the same as floyd hatton.

They are either BOTH good fights, or NEITHER is a good fight.

The hypocrisy I see is when the Hatton fight is panned, but Bradley is lauded as some elite opponent.

Or as Manny Steward says, "E-Lyte".

I do wish Manny had gone down to 140 for this fight. Pretty sure he can.

It's the one thing I don't like about this fight, is that I can't be sure how good Bradley will be at 147 at this level.

I know you're not aiming this thread at people like me but I think both were good fights. Mayweather vs. Hatton at the time was a great fight to be made. I think Pacquiao vs. Bradley is a pretty good fight. I don't think Pacquiao is going to walk through him as easy as most people think.
