I can't believe how angry people got about the brawl between the two guys. I mean, c'mon, it's boxing not fucking netball.

Ali and Frazier got in a bit of a scrap in a TV Studio, IIRC, Larry Holmes flying kicked Berbick. It's the way this sport it. I love it.

In the future the British board will just simply ban fighters who are in a similar situation that way chances are no foreign governing body is likely to give them a license or those bodies in EBC.

I posted this on another thread but here is my take on it.

EU rules means the BBBofC cant do ****. I don't think with EU laws they could prevent a different control body holding an event in this country anyway. Warren obviously knew this.

I don't think it's good to undermine the BBBofC however they can't have any complaints. I've seen representatives today questioning the integrity of the foreign body which although they have like 6 liscensed fighters a handful of judges and one doctor it's a ****ing cheek. The BBBofC couldn't place a timekeeper who could keep time, in a the recent Maccrarinelli fight so slightly rich.

They banned Chisora without a proper hearing. They presented the evidence when he was banned not giving him an opportunity to review or respond. The BBBofC know that **** wouldn't hold up on appeal so they delay the hearing until June/July because of the public outrage. That could have stuck if they had said we commission 200+ fights a year and we're busy, need time to review etc etc so Warren does what he's done. Here's the thing though. I'm sure I heard the BBBofC have pulled an emergency meeting today to discuss the goings on. Go figure that out! They were delaying the hearing, knowing fine well it would have to be overturned on appeal.

No other employer would get away with that so it's their own unprofessionalism that caused the issue. Warren has p*ssed all over them big time.

Is that your Bull Terrier in your Avatar? My girlfriend absolutely loves Bull Terriers and wants to get one.

I'm a dog man but I was brought up with Great Danes and Airedale Terriers. Have to admit I'm little intimidated by their looks. Have been doing my research and they seem to generally be described as stubborn, sometimes difficult to train if not done early but a real loving pet. (similar to all terriers I guess)


Any advice? (assuming that is your dog man)
