Just look at photos of Peterson before the Khan fight, he is always in great shape, low fat and good amounts of muscle on his body. You don't look like that with Low Test. So either he doesn't have low test or he has been using for some time. Also with low test you suffer fatigue, serious fatigue so an 8-12 week camp would be almost impossible and even if you did it you would have crappy body composition and be soft and not shredded.

Something here stinks. In fact, if we are honest, drug testing in boxing stinks and needs a major overhaul. Nevada know what they are doing letting people have synthetic test under the guise of "low test" - it helps create confident athletic looking gladiators, the exact thing they promote and make money from.

Your body makes natural testosteron, and the pharmaceutical stuff is synthetic testosterone. They are very similar, but different.

Your body has a "sensor" (endocrine system) that monitors the levels in your body. If you take a boatload of synthetic testosterone, your body will say "Whoa! Overload" and shut down the production of natural testosterone.

So, they measure the ratios of Testosterone to Epitestosterone as a doping metric.

Guys really mess up their systems by taking the steroids/hgh/testosterone shots, and many have to then take FEMALE hormones that cause your body to say "what the fk! Turn on testosterone faucet!".

The whole game is tricking your body to produce as much testosterone as possible.
This is correct. I have low testosterone level. The doctor prescribed HCG shots because testosterone will affect my ***** count.

I believe it does..... Athletes in all contact sports are suffering from the testosterone deficiency, not just LAmont.

If the medical records, and paper work back up what has been said, and proves to be right, then I think people have no reason to not back Lamont Peterson.

Regardless, Lamont will wear the "Cheater" label like a scarlett letter.

Cheaters never win and winners never cheat.

I will not be sold on that lame excuse. Lamont cheated, period. His brother cheated when he repeatedly hit Bam Bam Rios on the cup. He did it so many times that he got DQ'd. He told the guys in the fighter meeting that he isn't above resorting to dirty tactics if he's in trouble during a fight. These guys come from the mean ass streets where people cut corners and do underhanded things to advance. I understand the mentality but in the world of boxing, it is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Lamont should be ashamed of himself. I saw the piece that CNN did on him where he was telling the kids who were having it rough, to keep hope alive and never give up on your dreams. Some example he's setting right now.

I'm someone who supported Peterson and I think he's a good dude but I will not stand behind him or make excuses for him the way the *******s make excuses for someone who wouldn't even partiipate in a program like this. I say that if more fighters participated, we'd see a lot more fighters getting exposed for the dirty cheats that they are. Amir Khan was on the cheater radar but he's not the one who is under the microscope. I say that a fighter who has an Olympic pedigree such as Amir Khan, Yuri Gamboa, and G. Rigo are highly unlikely to use PEDs. Obviously they had what it took to make it to the Olympics and win medals. We all know that Olympic testing is the most stringent.

i dont at all believe in the idea that a professional boxer can have any sort of "testosterone deficiency"

that's a line in the sand as far as i am concerned. your testosterone is what it is.

that's my stance on the ethics of the situation. there's a much longer conversation that can be had on it, but i cant be getting into that this morning.

now, that being said, what i believe is ethical means absolutely nothing. if peterson was indeed given a pass to take testosterone by a medical authority and it's in congruence with the regulations of the commission then he's done nothing wrong according to the rules

juicing is juicing in my eyes, but he's technically not breaking any rules

still waiting for things to come to the surface and the real story and the consequences to come out.

it certainly appears though that peterson is taking steroids, "legal" or otherwise.

If anyone hasn't watched this documentary already, you SHOULD!

It's fair to say the human race is generally suffering with lower test compared to years gone by, due to diet and other consumable products (creams etc)

                      http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/the-disappearing-male/

This sort of stuff has fascinated me for years. I don't profess to know much about the subject and no doubts there are some people that are clued up all about hormones, but its a very important factor in what makes us all different. Just look at how many blokes have ***** ****. In the UK it's shocking, so many guys have them. If any of you guys have young sons, take the time to watch the documentary and make sure you help them stay away from heading towards the direction the modern man is going - metrosexual, with more estrogen then testosterone
