It would make, Alexander vs Bradley look like Gatti vs Ward.

You would have to be a right mug to buy this one on PPV.

In some cases it may be a punishment for a kid who got bad grades at school.

"You got 3 Fs and 2 D's??? That's it, we're ordering Mayweather vs Clottey!!"

Clottey was a very strong 147lber. His accuracy and defense is no joke but Floyd is way too skilled and Clottey doesn't have the workrate to make the fight close on the scorecards. Floyd by wide ud but Clottey would make Floyd look human. The only people who think Clottey is a bum are Floyd fans who wanted to discredit Pac when he fought him and casuals who only saw him in the Pac fight. Clottey is a very tough world class fighter who just doesnt throw enough.

Clottey is a good fighter, was the last legit fight Pac took prior to this Bradley fight, but he wouldn't land anything but a jab every now and then. Floyd would beat him by a wide UD, in a very boring fight, the scores would be around 119-109/118-110 probably.

Clottey has nowhere near the activity rate to trouble Floyd. He loses every single round in one of the most boring fights ever.

                No offense, but that's ignorant.

                Clottey's wins at WW:

Corrales (was nowhere near a WW, past it, not ranked at 147 at all)
                Zab Judah (Top 10 WW)
Baldomir (before Baldomir had done ANYTHING, not ranked at WW)

                Floyd's wins at WW:
Judah (IBF WW champ, Top 10 WW)
                Baldomir (WBC/RING WW champ)
Hatton (#8 P4P, had fought at 147 before and won a title)
Marquez (nowhere near a WW, not ranked there, but just arguably beat Manny at WW....)
Mosley (WBA WW champ, #1 WW, #3 P4P)
Ortiz (WBC WW champ, #2 WW)

Floyd's is light years better. Clottey has one good win, Zab judah.

He is saying Clottey is a better opponent than any of Floyd's opponents at 147lbs

Probably right at the time of the careers Floyd fought them.

Im not saying Clottey has a better ww resume than Mayweather im saying I would favor him over everyone on Floyds ww resume when Floyd fought them. I agree Floyd is better than Clottey but thats not a knock on Clottey because Floyd is probably better than anyone around that weight.
