With his defenisive deficiencies and their natural size advantage Manny would lose to most if not all the top welters of all-time....Its would be fair to compare him to guys 140 and lower...he beat better competition their and he fought 3 great fighters(Morales, Barrera, Marquez) although two were past prime, they were better wins than his wins above 130

Hard to gauge how well he'd do past 140...most the guys he beat past 140 were coming off bad loses, were not in their prime or were at catchweights


not fair to compare him to true great welterweights he is a great fighter fighting at welterweight not a great welterweight...Napoles, Griffith, Leonard, Hearns, SRR, Benitez would be too much for him
