Ward did not refuse. There's a difference.

Refusing to take a test and not taking a test are two different things.

Pac and Chavez Jr refused the tests. When mosley fought Mayweather, he took the test; when Mosley fought Pac, they just didn't take the test; that doesn't mean Mosley refused it.

Show me an article where Ward refused the test.

    There's a difference.

It was the first sample they received, on May 19 on the press conference. I don't think he would believe that they would test him off the bat. Hence why all the samples afterwards came clean. Because, he had cycled off cleaning it out of his system.

Funny how you would believe a cheaters word. Hmm, no difference than Pac saying "I'm natural, you have to believe me"

what ur not getting is it doesnt matter. whether he refused or not, the fact is he didnt take them. he had the opportunity to and he didnt. so to me, as long as he hasnt or doesnt hes just as su****ious as the next person.

I know that AA asking for a test that Jermaine Taylor and Carl Froch accepted was a road block for Ward. And, at the end of the day they didn't take the test.

And, I know that Ward as early as December has said that random testing is too expensive. However, not expensive enough for Canelo-Mosley/Peterson-Khan/Berto-Ortiz II. So the expensive excuse doesn't fly.

can the promoters pay for the testing?

Again, having the opportunity to take the test and just not taking it is completely different from flat out "refusing" to take the test without a cut-off because blood makes you weak.

                I think Saurland promotions does.

But, I know in the Peterson-Khan it wasn't. The fighters paid for it. Or maybe just Peterson side since he was the one who requested it. I'm not sure about Ortiz-Berto but maybe not either.

So you're giving the benefit of the doubt to the cheater who got caught with roids?

                    TRUE.

Remember Peterson was the one that wanted a more stringent test and we are seeing how that turned out.

Mayweather and Schaefer should have petitioned long ago.

But, at the end it all means the same thing.

Which is they all are just as likely as doping. That Ward is just as likely to be doping as Pac is.

That is DempseyRoll point. Again another point that it's not hard to comprehend.
