Now explain that.

Why would Floyd say that, when he know the testing is no longer an issue, he has even said so himself. And at the same he avoided the question about the split.

Floyd is just making excuse where the Pacquiao team keep on making concessions to make the fight happen.

It is clear who wants it and clear who doesn't.

Now 18 months ago Floyd was talking about fighting Martinez, since his KO of Williams he doesn't even mention him.

Why isn't Manny Pacquiao a part of the VADA program like his boy Amir Khan? I believe that the OSDT protocol will out more fighters who are using the sauce to give them an edge in the ring. I'm shocked at Lamont Peterson and I think he should get the full brunt of punishment. If it means he gets banned for life, so be it. I don't care who it is. You cheat, you pay. He must pay and he must pay dearly. Pacquiao, join the club so if you are doing something illegal, you will be ousted. Even the most stand up guys in boxing could be guilty of using PEDs. Pac's no different than any other fighter. His past is not 100% squeaky clean and he's not above cheating to gain an advantage. Pacquiao, take the tests. Stop ducking the tests. Even if he never fights Floyd, he still must participate. What kind of example is he setting? A guy who's being called the commander in chief of boxing won't let someone take his blood? He bleeds in the ring and doesn't claim to feel weak. He bleeds in the ring and still fights hard.
