You think Khan will fight anyone worth fighting on less than 2 weeks notice and vice versa for the opponent. Its going to be someone that doesn't stand a chance and i'd rather not see a fight at all than that.

Not going to happen. The boxing commission will stop it happening and Khan will rightly refuse to fight him. It is just taking longer to go through because the commission will want to see the results.

I was going too say Lucas too would be a terrific fight but it's not as if Lucas is fighting a nobody next month Soto is a good fighter too so no point pulling out when his training camp might not be even halfway through too fight Khan
