u know **** is so bad out there when u cant even be sure what the hell u take. its to the point where many of these guys have no idea what is banned and what isnt. and the various governments/commissions dont help at all. this is gonna get much worse before it gets better, and expect to see alot of your favorite stars out there on these lists in the future.

A big thing is that a lot of stuff is banned and contained in everyday products that you cannot use

I think Rogaine is banned, but most dont know that. If your gonna go through such a program, you cant even use anything in GNC, otherwise dont be surprised if you test positive
