Both punches were better than anything Cotto landed all night.

I'm a fan that does not think Floyd is keeping real with you on this one. I think even Judah was a tougher fight than Cotto. I think Floyd went in and sparred with a guy who was fighting his heart out.

Pacquiao, in no way shape or form, could ever have that type of advantage against Mayweather lol.

There's a reason Pacquiao wouldn't fight Pacquiao above 147. Pretty simple.

EDIT: Meant to say wouldn't fight Cotto* lol my bad
you mean over 145.. and a hydration clause

While I don't agree with your reasoning, I do agree Floyd is not keeping it real. Floyd will only give credit to those he likes and will shun upon those he does not like or feels egotistically competitive against.

            Here's a small example:

Floyd used to say he loves Manny Pacquiao. Now what does he say?

Cotto did put up a great performance , but he was primed to that , I knew this was going to be a tough fight , Cotto came of a very mind altering and confidence building win , he believes in his new trainer , he had nothing to lose because nobody gave him a chance he was as hungry and determined as Ive ever seen a fighter , and the weight suited him to train like an animal in a scientific way something he has never done before because he was always training to make weight , add everything together and you have a very formidable opponent , Manny wants no part of this Cotto .

Another poster hit it on the head , this 154 Cotto smashes the 145 Cotto !

Alright dude....I'm all about the back and forth debate of who people think is the more superior boxer. I enjoy reading comments from both sides, and both sides do have good points on why they think their preferred fighter is better. But uneducated comments like this are absolutely ridiculous. If you want to make your point on why you think Pacquaio is the better fighter, then do so. Comments like this from guys like you is ruining Pacquaio's image. And that goes the same with the guys who say defend Mayweather and say uneducated comments on Pacquaio. I am huge fan of all boxers and respect everything they do. It takes a lot of courage to do what they do and perform at a high leven in front of millions. I only fight at most in front of a thousand in attendance, and that s**t is nerve wrecking as it is. Guys like you make me sick. Please just keep your comments to yourself if you have nothing better to say.

Mayweather made an easier fight a tougher fight by voluntarily going to the ropes and letting Cotto rough him up but he wanted to give the fans a great show and that's what he did
