            hopkins 115-113

in my opinion the biggest round of the fight was Rd. 11 for jermain, but it was only a 10-9 round. so in the scheme of things it means little as we know fights are scored on a round by round basis.

very close fight, i accept the decision.

Overall i thought that Hopkins was guilty of what he said happened to taylor in the first time. He didnt beat the champion convincingly.
You know what I agree.........both fights were a Draw. This one more so than the first.

                115-113 Hopkins

The 3rd round was probably the closest round of the fight. I believe Taylor landed 7 of 24 and Hopkins landed 7 of 26. That was really the only draw round in my mind but I gave it to Hopkins just based on the fact that if I called it a tie it wouldn't change me having Hopkins winning anyway.

I thought the funniest thing about the fight was that the other people in the room watching the fight with me (none of which really watch boxing very often besides one) thought Hopkins won.

Exact words from someone, "the guy with the gap in his teeth won".

                    a DRAW

Im actually a guy who is not afraid of scoring an even round but you did it 4 times in 12 rounds?

This was not a fun fight to score but you have to look a litte closer than this.

I had it 115-113 Taylor. I quote that because it's very true....although maybe they gave one a draw making it 115-114 or 116-113 anyone who had it lets say.... 118-111 needs to stop scoring and/or watching boxing...
