That knot on his head was there as well for the ortiz fight, when he rolls punches, he some times gets hit there.....

The knots behind his head are usually from rabbit punches. Ortiz was rabbit punching. Cotto may have been doing that too, but I'd have to watch the fight again. But Cotto too has his dirty tactics, but it goes very much overlooked.
