Then he should fight him. There's no fight bigger out there for him right now than Cotto. He's not getting Mayweahter or Pacquiao in Sept.

Personally I would rather see Canelito end Cotto's career and win another Mexican/Rican battle, but this would be a decent fight. I think Canelito would outclass Kirkland, and he is a more well rounded fighter.
