I gave him 4 rounds (accidentally voted 5). He put up a great fight though.

You can tell Floyd was getting upset when Cotto ended those rounds with clean shots and with his nose leaking.

Are you fucking kidding me? Floyd nearly dropped Cotto in the 12th and put on a clinic. Didn't dominate a single round...pffft.

Yeah I gave him about four. Floyd won for sure but Cotto proved himself to be an even greater fighter than we thought. I hope he doesn't let this loss break his confidence, he has something good with Pedro Diaz and there's plenty they can still accomplish together.

Played out the way I thught it would. 118-110/117-111 Floyd. The only difference was that I thought Cotto would win 2 rounds in the early rounds, and get beat in the middle and late rounds. He got dominated early, won 2 rounds in the middle rounds having some success, and Floyd took the late rounds just as he always does.

Floyd still looked sharp, same skills/speed as the Mosley/Ortiz fights.

He got the last round though clearly... Was wondering why Cotto stopped putting pressure in round 12, would have been an even closer result

All trolling aside, there is no way you can give Cotto more than 4 rounds.

Some of those rounds were tight but Floyd clearly won the fight. I had it 8-4 for Floyd and the last round Floyd almost knocked him out.

I gave him 4. And thats with me "favoring" Cotto's style. I don't see how anybody gives him more than 4.

I actually had the fight a draw leading up to the 9th, after that, it was all Floyd.

Pretty much my analysis on it. Drinking some Crown Special Reserve for the good night of boxing the boxers apart from Vargas gave me.

Mayweather wouldnt knock Cotto out in a 15 round fight, Cotto would have to quit for the fight to be stopped.

3 rounds, you have to be very generous to Cotto and give him the benefit of every doubt, to give him 4 IMO. I just can't see how he got 5, I disagree with Cliff Rold with that one all day.

It was every similar to Floyd-Oscar. Just this was more entertaining. But, it was that decisive of a victory.

Strangely, everything going into the fight to how competitive it was/wasn't and I think people belief of what both Oscar and Cotto have left post fight is eerie similar.

                      Very strange.
