Surprised to hear someone say that after seeing how pot-shotters like Quintana and Martinez exposed Paul's vulnerability to accurate counter punching. I was saying it back then when Williams was at his peak and I'll say it now. Floyd Mayweather would have won a commanding points victory over Paul Williams, IMHO.

Here we go a mayweather thread about who can beat mayweather but he some how is always winning in these matchups but the fights never happens. We could have seen him against a prime williams or margarito, and a prime pacquiao. All throw punches in bunches and apply pressure (even tho the pacman is the best out of the 3 because he is lightning fast) but naw we never will get to see mayweather against those opponents that could apply constant pressure. But i think cotto will apply smart pressure 2nite and grind out a "w".
