Love him or hate him, Rios does not lie in the ring. He may have got a gift last time out, but his weight was clearly affecting him. Marquez don't want to take any chances with that. He takes the tried and true route of taking a win against the old credible and beatable Judah. When Top Rank reaches out to another promoter you know they want it badly.
