I think its fairly close, with miguel having a slight edge, just different types of power. Id probably rate both their powers slightly higher than b+ however (comparative to the rest in the 147-154 division).

So let me get this straight. Floyd was not able to KO the much smaller Marquez despite the fact that the weight advantage and was not able to KO Judah. The only legit KO Floyd has had in a "recent bout" was with much smaller Hatton cause the Ortiz sucka punch should'nt even count.

How does anyone with a brain have the balls to say that Floyd is gonna KO Cotto when Margarito couldnt KO Cotto even having cement in his gloves. You people are crazy buying into all this hype.

I'm pulling for Cotto, but I could see him getting exhausted and lumped up over the course of this fight enough to get TKO'd in the last few rounds. It's not going to be an early one-punch KO, of course, but the cumulative effect of Floyd's attack (however measured it seems), can take it's toll. Having said that, unless Miguel wilts and slows noticeably, I think Floyd will be content to take the decision, so I don't see him pressing for the KO.

Bottom line is that Cotto's face doesn't hold up anymore. Margz didn't nearly touch him up as much in the rematch but Cotto's post-fight face still looks like he ran into a sledgehammer. If Margz could do that to his face do you doubt Floyd's precise punches accumulated round after round won't do the same or worse? It's not far fetched to think that the ref or cottos corner puts a stop to the fight in the championship rounds after Cottos face gets tore up.

I disagree. It's about how they apply power. Mayweather has underrated pop and has got rid of some solid guys. He just doesn't always go for the finish the way Cotto does.

Cotto is too easy to hit, and his face gets easily marked. I have Floyd by stoppage in the 11th. I expect it to look like the Gatti fight after 4 or 5 rounds. And Im a Cotto fan as well. Now, with Canelo and Mosley...my heart is forcing me to think that Shane has a shot because he does well against slow guys who have no movement. He probably loses, but I dont know if it will be the depressing beatdown some are predicting. Again, heart talking...
