Maybe. But Pacquiao uses his style better than Cotto uses his. Pacquiao is the better fighter from him and Cotto. Let's say you have a good style, if you have no defense and fight a better fighter/brawler than you, you're gonna lose. Especially if they're faster than you and you can't take a punch that well. That's why Pacquiao beat Cotto. Cotto had the style to beat Pacquiao, but he lacked defense, handspeed, counterpunching, and a good chin. So the style goes right down the drain.

Both lose to Mayweather at any point of their careers however.

I picked Cotto to pick pac, cuz I didnt think Pac could take his power...But Pac took it, and thats why we thought he was on roids...I actually pick Floyd to STOP Pac...Not because of power...But Pac has no balance, and he is too small to be off balance, throwing a million punches...No one's fast enough, or accurate enough to make him pay in those small moments, except for Floyd...Imagine little pac standing on one foot like a balerina, throwing 8 punches, Floyd will counter each punch, hit him in the right spot, then knock him down EASILY....Pac is EASY to knock down, IF u have the tools that Floyd possesses...then in the mosley fight, Pac got frustrated and threw the same predictable punches, left-right, left-right...when Pac gets frustrated with Floyd, he will make the same mistakes...the fight will be based around Floyd trying to position the SAME punch, that knocked him down, and trying to continuously knock him down...and once he adjusts, he will knock him down 6 to 7 times...the fight would get stopped!....No balance+too small+too aggressive+Floyd's accuracy+Floyd's speed= It aint goin the distance!
