Well those fights happened at different times and economic times, different stages of their opponents' career. In any case, you spin it that way for Floyd, you can spin it back Pac's way in PPV total/average vs common opponents as A-sides which is what is relevant to today (Mosley, Hatton, Marquez), Pac 3.45M-Floyd 3.32M. Floyd does not deserve to take the share of the money he wants, which is around 70-30 by my calculations. 50-50 was never a problem, now Pac outsells him last year, the second time in 3 years going head to head he outsold him, and agrees to the test and it is suddenly what is holding up the fight? F'n disgraces Mayweather and his fans are, for pushing this facade

Why does it matter when the fights happen? As much as I stay out of the PPV debates, what way did he "spin it"?

There is no way that Floyd doesn't end up broke.

Think about what he spends...how much he spends. Other guys have made that type of money before. Floyd isn't the first one.

Oscar made that type of money, but never SPENT that type of money. What do you suppose that Floyd spends on security a year? A million to a million and a half by my calculation? Now, think back. How many times did you see Oscar with a phalanx of beefy security guys?

Floyd has 24 high-end luxury cars. Ummm, WHY?!


Floyd and Manny will both end up broke. Floyd because he spent too much, and Manny because he never got paid what he was due.

The other politicians are WAAAY lower-key. They don't have the external financial demands, or the visibiity.

Easier for Francisco Viscaya to solicit/take a bribe than Manny Pacquiao.
