And that is, Because Mayweather doesn't want it.
He has several excuses in the past to avoid it, all smokescreens the latest one is $40 million flat fee.
Before we had 14 days cut for blood test, blood test up to the day of the fight, on vacation, Victor Ortiz is a better fight.
Stopped being fooled people.
No doubt about it whatsoever.

It just makes you look like you have no boxing knowledge and are just riding Pac's nuts.
Is that how it works?

Floyd is ducking who?? You just said you know Bob doesnt want the fight to happen and in the very next sentence Floyd is ducking Pac??? Do I even have to tell you that you contradicted yourself within one line of eachother????
Floyd "ducks the toughest fights out there?"
Lets break this down; Pacquioa fought Oscar (after Oscar was coming off of losses and at a weight he hadnt fought at in 10 years), Hatton (after he lost to Floyd by KO and was fighting bums in tune up fights), Shane Mosley (after Floyd beat em and was coming off of a loss), Not to mention Juan Manuel Marquez was coming off the clinic he received from floyd.
So in essence, Manny fought Marquez after Floyd wouldnt even let em win a round and then got BEAT BY MARQUEZ
Manny fought Shane after Floyd whooped Manny
Manny fought Margarito after he got KO'd by Mosley
Manny fought Clottey after Clottey lost to Cotto
Manny fought Cotto after Cotto lost to Margarito
Manny fought Hatton after Hatton lost to Mayweather
Manny fought Oscar after Oscar lost to Mayweather
Manny fought Marco Antonio Barerra after Barerra lost JMM
How is your logic true about Floyd considering how many fighters Pac fought after Floyd already beat them when they were younger and coming off of wins, and while they were champions??
Do you give Manny credit for the win over Oscar even though Oscar was coming off of losses and fought Manny at a weight he hadnt fought at in 10 years and when Floyd beat em Oscar was the champ at 154, the weight he had been fighting at for a decade??
What about the Shane and the Hatton fights, does Floyd get credit for these guys Considering he fought them before Pac did after they were both coming off of wins (Hatton undefeated and p4p at the time?
What about all these guys Pac fought coming off of losses that I listed above and the loss he just took to JMM in his last fight, and taking into consideration that prior to JMM whooping on Pac, Floyd wouldnt even let JMM win a round??
How is Floyd duckng the toughest competition and Pac got his fame after fighting the same guys after Floyd did and fighting other guys who were all damn near coming off of losses???? Answer these, I want to see what you see
This isn't about resume's, it's about who's scared to fight who and Pac sure isn't scared to face Floyd.

Oh, and I don't have to provide any facts to you about things most boxing fans already know about. If you don't know the difference in earnings vs. Floyd facing Mosley and Pacquiao, somethings wrong and I don't need to be having this convo in the first place.

And no you dont need to provide any facts cause if it is common knowledge like you say it is then why for some reason cant you remember it and you see how you going back and forth between people about this subject just shows that it isnt common knowledge but i think you already knew that. either that or you will take a page out of Roger's book and say they "dont know **** about boxing" right

P.S. I'm not a Pacquiao fan, but I can't stand Mayweather for multiple reasons. The biggest reason is that he keeps dodging this fight. Blatantly.
