Hopkins would take his soul even now.He should rematch Bellew and shut him up for good and if he can't do that he might aswel just call it a day.

When is this 'champion' going to fight someone at elite level? Or his mandatory?

Bellew rematch or Hopkins, anything else is a joke.

If B-Hop thought this through, he'd travel over there and try to win that belt. I'm sure they'd pay him well enough to make it worth his while to go over there.

He'd be the favorite to win the fight, but because of the unfairness he believes to exist in the UK it would , in his mind, make him the underdog. it's the only thing (besides money) that seems to drive him nowadays, being the underdog or feeling like the establishment is against him. Clevery is ok fighter, but definitely the weak link among the champions at the weight

            Wales wimp want easy fights

Cleverly is a fraud nothing but a wales wimp who wants easy fights all at home. Just like the fake Calzage who fought at home his whole career. Cleverly is no more a fighter than than that clown Enzo.

I actually thought that a Hopkins loss to Dawson would make the Cleverly fight more likely. A chance for Hopkins to win back a title in what he would see as a very winnable fight.

Probably wont happen anyway, a Cleverly fight wouldn't be to marketable in America and i can see Cleverly wanting to unify against someone like Shumenov.

I dont see Cleverly as ready yet to face the likes of Hopkins, Dawson, Cloud ect. He's not at that level IMO. Also, id much ready see a rematch with Bellew at this stage. Their 1st fight was very close and Bellew looked impressive against McIntosh last weekend and deserves another shot at Cleverly.
