Won't happen ($ and risk), probably shouldn't happen, Punisher looked super **** v Lara. But I wouldn't mind seeing it, I still think he would test Mayweather (80" reach south paw).

I agree with most other posts. A few years back this would have made a decent scrap considering the height difference. 9

Unfortunatley, "The Punished", is still trying to bounce back from the rematch with Sergio. Not so much from the knockout anymore, but I think the controversy that arose from the Lara fight could not have helped his confidence in the way he needed it to.

                In other words, no.

No, but most would accept it because Mayweather would find a way to spin it so the public believed that Wiliams was really still an undefeated fighter, lol.

too late for that now, he's faded since then
it's an acceptable fight though if Floyd wanted it
no reason for him to do that though since he has Canelo
he gets nothing out of a Williams fight at this point
how do people think Williams could whoop his ass? I dont mind anyone picking him but alot of people act like it was automatic. As good as Williams was, he was highly flawed. He gets hit way too easy. He loses to Quintana but its a sure thing that he beats Floyd? Im not even using the triangle theory.

Im just going on his flaws. Again, I wont argue with anyone picking a prime Williams but people who say he would kill Floyd or that its automatic are insane. Williams was always missing the "it" factor and techniqally they are on completely different levels

No, Mayweather dodged him for a couple of years (along with Cotto and Margarito) then after they lose he fights them, not interested.
