Does Khan UD Brandon Rios @ 140lbs?

I know Rios got a gift decision to say the least in his last fight, It was the worst robbery since Khan V Peterson, But Rios has failed to make weight in his past few weights so if he moved to 140lbs can he beat Khan? If Rios keeps coming forward and putting pressure on Khan? Or will Khan outbox Rios and make Rios look like a ring dunce?

Personally, If Khan can avoid getting hit in the mid to later rounds, he can win pretty easily. Khan won't fight like Abril though and will probably use his feet as defense to pack pedal when he's done throwing flurries. If he can avoid Rios, he'll win.

Rios will be dehydrated at 140 as well. Khan via KO in 9.

With Khan, his 1 dimensional game may get him beat by relentless pressure. He may still win though. I don't really know.
