If he was shot Pac would fight him at any weight , just like Pac ducked Mosley at 143 when Mosley looked hot , and then weight did not matter when Mosley looked shot .

Pac refusing to fight this Cotto says volumes !!! like he cant beat him without a draining CW , like Pac cherry picks them when they are shot and avoided Cotto even though Cotto is the one he wanted as his first choice .
