Promoter Yvon Michel has advised BoxingScene.com that he might pursue a fight between Adonis Stevenson (18-1, 15KOs) and Thomas Oosthuizen (19-0-1, 13KOs), the IBO champion at super middleweight. Michel is looking to match Stevenson against the highest available contender in the IBF's top ten, and Oosthuizen is a likely candidate.

Good fight, two undefeated up and comer, that's what boxing is all about! Each fighter has the tools to beat the other guy : Stevenson has power but is not very busy, Oosthuizen has a high workrate but not a lot of power. Very interesting fight.

This would be a statement fight for the winner to challenge for a world title OOsthuizen is a high volume worker but tends to get hit farily easy which could be a problem bcse all Stevenson can do is punch really not big on his boxing skills but if he connects anything can happen
