Depends which Judah shows up, if it's the Judah that fought Matthysse or Mabuza where he was passive, Paulie should win a pretty clear decision. If Judah goes in with the same mentality he did against Paris, then Judah. I'd pick Malignaggi though, I'm more comfortable picking him here.

I favor Paulie just based on his consistency. He's there to fight for 12 rounds and Zab crumbles when faced with any sort of adversity.
