You don't think Mayweather is going to be superstar? That guy is practically all anyone talks about when boxing is mentioned were I'm from. And believe me boxing is not a big thing around here. I think we got like three gyms in my town, and one of them is just a family thing ran by a guy by the name Rev. Bresheers.

for me the only guy out there with the balls to take boxing on to a new level, like tyson and others have in the past decades, is Hatton. He's a boxer in the most competitive division who is willing to take on all comers and leave his homeland to do so, and therefore should be given more credit than he is on this site. The only other fighter around at the moment who is in the same bracket is Lacey though he faces an interesting fight with joe which can only be described as a 50-50 fight, any one who see's different must need their eyes tested as these are two equally matched warriors who will in my opinion create the fight of 2006. Dont label joe as a person who avoids the big fights, he has been ducked by champions more times than he has pulled out of. ( The only pull out being against Glencoffe Johnson with a dodgy back very late which i think he admits himself to being a big mistake), ure views?

Mayweather is the obvious choice with his talent, but lacks the public appeal which will not come until he takes part in a career defining fight. ( hatton, judah?( kostya's 2 round sparing partner!, or possibly cotto all at 140/7)
