refs catch him...it just that most refs suck.....see compu clinch videos.....hopkins fouls just enough to not get called on it....he knows refs allow "little" fouls all the time..

Floyd uses his elbow almost every time he fights and doesn't get called on it. Bradley's head also is a problem
