I'd say Sergio because of a couple of fights he had in the later half of his career. Tim has the opportunity though to overcome if he wins his next fight and whatever comes next.
Serg has Pavlick and P williams, both huge wins on a resume.

Bradley has fought better competition on average and remained undefeated, while his best wins aren't nearly as impressive as Sergio's, he has more good wins.
