Rooting for him, and i'm backing him to pull it off (again!) based on how he controlled and slowed the pace in the first fight to a crawl. He did a great job of frustrating Dawson and not letting him fight the fight he wanted, and i think that's partly why Dawson did what he did at the end

If Bhop wins this he's the Ring/lineal champ at 175 right?

Yes if he wins he is the champ at 175. I think it will be a very difficult fight for him, but Hopkins will pull it out. He already has mind****ed chad into chad wanting to knock out bernard, chad is emotional and that will be his downfall.
