wtf do you expect him to say? rios is a fat mofo that can't cut weight? It still doesn't change the fact he trains a guy with chronic weight problems.
He and Rios said that they were already seeing results..and this was weeks and weeks before the fight was up.
I really like Garcia, and hell, I still like Bam Bam..sort of, but we can't take everything every trainer says seriously. You don't take Roach and Roger for their words do you? Garcia is the same, just not as flamboyant as Roger, or as full of it as Roach.Comment

Mares the best at 122? Seems like Rigo would be a nightmare matchup for him imo.
And no, Saul. But he could be real with his fighter and tell him it's time to move up. Supposedly, from what I know...Rios was ready to move up to 140 but instead they got him a fight at 135 and just said "Nah don't worry about it, bro..we got you a nutritionist". :|Comment

Arum knows Rigondeaux would bring Donaire down from the P4P list the same day if they ever fight.
Garcia knows Donaires is as overrated as Brandon Rios was before his last fight.
They know a real boxer will school any of the brawlers Robert trains at his Gym.Comment

First of all, I don't even know why you're saying this seeing how Mares fought at a catchweight and was GIVEN the belt by the WBC (surprised?) Cause the fight wasn't even at 122. Second of all, with Mares' wild swinging towards the late rounds he's sure to fold to one of Rigo's kidney shots.
Third of all, we should stop asking for Rigo/Mares vs Donaire cause we know we're not gonna get it.
"Ready for anybody." And that Dunkin is the one who makes the decisions. LolLast edited by .:: JSFD26 ::.; 04-26-2012, 07:19 AM.Comment
