Aye, Nottingham seems to go down as some sort of corrupt officiating city since the Froch/Dirrell fiasco.

The difference between Dirrell and Bute, is Bute will be coming to fight, and not survive like Andre. Plus, he is the Champ. I don't see him getting dogged by the judges.

I don't think Lucian will be much fazed with a hostile reception, although without the home comforts of a big following on such an important fight career-wise, you never know what goes on in the minds of these guys.

I just hope both men bring their A-game, and the officiating is fair. Even without home advantage, i still see Bute a minor favourite. A SD/UD is the more likely result in his favour, but a stoppage can not be ruled out. We've seen that Froch doesn't take to well to the bodyshot (Ward, Johnson, Kessler) so i'm sure he's been working on a plan.

Should be a cracking fight. Can not wait.

Froch is an ok guy but he is going to take a beating in this fight. Bute will beat Froch more impressively than Ward did.....hopefully Froch actually shows up this time not looking as stiff as a board.

I dont think Nottingham is corrupt so much as the hometown fighter will always get rounds that could go either way and maybe a few reffing decisions.Ya i felt Dirrell did enough to win but he could have done more to cement it for me.To the bolded i uploaded a short clip off Bute sparring last night and they have recording's off the Nottingham crowd chanting and Froch's woman roaring her head off it's fair funny.Ya if Lucian were to take Carl out it would be one off those cracking bodyshot's he does possess.Im still wary off Froch's power though he had Kessler wobbled a few time's and although the Andrade fight seemed more due to Bute gassing id still rank Froch as the hardest puncher Bute has faced.Cant wait for this up there with Matthysse Soto for me
