Ha ha floyds fans still think Floyd beating 2 people since his retirement 5 years ago or so is good value for money to give him no1 spot?

Beating a bloated JMM is something FLoyd boasts about as does his fans. And he boasts about a win over SSM just cos he beat Margarito, not remembering he lost 5 fights before. Even Floyd isnt as deluded as his fans, he has gone on record to mention SSM 5 losses and that people have the blueprint to beat SSM, even if Margarito didnt. Many fighters have beat other fighters coming off good performances, so why does Floyd beating SSM who lost 5 times butwho beat Margarito catapult Floyd to no1?

Im sure Sergio and many other great fighters, let alone Pac has fought people coming off great performances as well. Floyd sure has fought his fair share of people not coming off of great performances! So why does 2 wins in 5 years mean Floyd is at the top of the boxing tree in some peoples minds?

It’s true that Floyd is the one holding things up but IMO it’s not because he’s scared or doesn’t want to fight. He’s doing exactly what Sugar Ray did to Hagler. The numbers are just too ridicules for the fight not to happen.

I personally think Floyd’s waiting for Manny to fcuk up, that would put him firmly in the driving seat and Manny would do well to come out with a 70/30 split. All it takes is for one of them to lose along the way for the other side to gain a substantial sum of cash which I think to Floyd is worth the wait.

I’d love to see Floyd get his arse beat but wouldn’t go as far as mixing pseudo opinions with facts by claiming the fight will never happen or that a prize fighter is scared of losing his 0. This is a fcukin business, Floyd is all about the money, if this fight doesn’t happen it only indicates that the parties involved were both ******ed.

Surely if one if them loses the fight makes a lot les money in total.

As it is the fight might make say $140mil profit meaning 70mil each if 50/50.

Now if PAC Lost to Bradley the fight would have way less interest especially almost the casuals slit might only make $100mil. So a70/30 split would still see Floyd get $70 mil.

I just think he doesn't want to risk it when he can make big money takineasier fights.

I don’t think that's the case, I think this will be proven when Manny fights Bradley, even though the majority of people believe Manny lost to JMM, I'm sure that PPV numbers will be extremely high for that fight....even though Bradley is hardly a draw by anyone’s standards.

Floyd and Manny are both international icons and the global revenue for TV rights, merchandising and PPV for the fight will be staggering. This is too good to pass by especially since they're both coming to the end of their careers. Essentially this will turn out to be a commercial fight, watched by everyone not just boxing fans.

Floyd fully knows this. Logically the fight has to happen eventually. IMO Floyd is doing a Sugar Ray by waiting for Manny to be truly past his best and if someone was to lose prior then the deal would be much sweeter for the other party.

Both fighters can potentially earn a killing here, like I said if the fight doesn't get made it wil only be down to ******ity, which I think would not be the case.
