As long as Mares stays under 126, me & him are homeys. He's definitely my fave fighter under 126. Mikey takes over at 126. Both of those guys are slammin. Marez is further along & he's willing to be great. Daring to be great, staring great in the face & just ready to pimp that hoe. I love fighters that dare to be great. Fighters I don't have to make excuses for. Too many guys support fighters you have to make excuses for. Mares doesn't need that kind of help from fans. Plus he has so much class, lifetime fans.

I can dig it. I wanna laugh when delusional fans act like certain fighters destroyed careers that have already been trashed. Fighters coming off ko's & $h!t. Hopkins does it to prime fighters, big difference.

Thought I share some of my photos I took behind the scene leading up to the fight against Morel. I'm glad Mares did not underestimate Morel. Because he was a game fighter. But I will say this... Morel is a class act! Have nothing but respect for him. Abner said he wanted to make it an entertaining fight for the fans. So, he was more than willing to take risks. Nonetheless, there are things we will need to go back and correct. The learning process never ends. No matter what you accomplished. But for now... we will enjoy the win!

It was a great fight. I was already a fan of Mares but now a bigger one. He has everything - skill, power, speed, and a mexican warrior mentality. He's also good looking and personable, if his promoters put in the work he could become a star.

Moreno was pretty dominant in his win, but as I have said before he is boring. The crowd was booing the hell out of both him and De La Mora. I think he is going to get KO'd by Donaire if that fight happens.
