I think he just wanted a forum free of clowns like MannyP etc where boxing was talked sensibly, and flaming was kept down. I mean... some guys on here are totally obsessed with hating, purely because the person they hate might like another fighter...

I don't think he should be banned though - just an opinion.

I read the darker story. I may not be 100% right on this but something about him creating another forum for British fight fans and stealing/using codec from this site in order to do it. i remember Rick's words on the lines of 'Martin has been banned for life'!

Don't know about the codec stuff.

The "British forum" bit was just BS put about by the anti-British member, Bloodshed. Martin created another forum so he could go somewhere to talk boxing free of "pwning".

He wanted a british forum so he created a website. If dude would have listened to my advice by creating a british forum on here, he wouldnt have been sued.

I see. It could have been blood**** in the thunderdome posting comments that Rick supposingly made saying that martin had stolen aspects of this site to create a new one and that Boxingscene's sponsors were considering sueing Martin over it. However, if this info was started by blood****, then i'll take it with a kilo of salt!
