Yes making weight is hard, specially if you are trying to get down to a weight that is not healthy for you according to your height.
This dude is 5'8 and somewhat of a medium to large frame, there is no reason why he should kill himself just to make himself weigh in at a weight he don't even belong in. I despise fighters who always try to have the upper hand to win fights, dude is no 135 pounder, he needs to nut up and step up to guys his own size!
