How the hell are people saying size doesn't matter? Of course size matters. That's why weight classes even exists. And that's why weight is such a huge part in negotiations. I do believe that Floyd is more skilled than Andre Ward, but Andre is a damn good fighter. Skill wise, I'd put him second next to Floyd. Maybe third next to JMM. While one fighter is getting older the other fighter is reaching his prime or already there. Add the size to the age.

And don't show me pics or examples of rare occasions where a smaller fighter beat a bigger fighter. I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying it's unfair. Those guys just defeated bigger guys in an unfair situation.

Seems to be happening more and more. This site (still the best) but it's starting to become insufferable with this type of bullcrap.

Those are likely the two most unbeatable fighters in boxing right now. Get Wlad in there and you have the 3 most unbeatable fighters in the sport.

Because it is a great opportunity to enhance his legacy and people would not be able to claim he ducked a challenge. If he wins then he accomplished the impossible ( so to speak) by moving up from Welterweight to beat a top Super Middleweight, in my honest opinion it would stand above Roy Jones jr victory over Ruiz. If he loses then oh well, he took on a challenge and came up short.

I'm not going to slate him for not pursuing the fight but if the fight was to occur I would be interested.

You're not implying Floyd would beat Ward at 168 do you?

Size matters a lot. Floyd would get beat by any decent heavyweight.
That doesn't mean he couldn't beat very good middleweights though because there's always some cutoff where size and skill advantage cross paths.

Oh, just saw you admitted to trolling. Nevermind then! On these boards you can never discount ******ity.

Exactly, I wish more people understood that fact. Add an inch to Mayweather's height and you have Martinez.
