For December, there's 3 realistic options. Berto-Ortiz II winner, Khan, and Alvarez.

If Khan were to beat Lamont Peterson and than returned in August and fought Devon Alexander and beat him, I'd have no problem with him landing the Mayweather fight in December. Still, I doubt Khan will return to the ring that quickly, and instead will probably fight either the Berto-Ortiz II winner or Guerrero, if he beats Aydin, in November/December.

If Saul Alvarez beats a Top SWW in September (Cotto-Lara-Kirkland-Molina), I'd have no problem with him fighting Floyd in December. That could easily happen. Though, Floyd could fight someone else in December, and end up fighting Canelo in May in the weekend of Cinco De mayo 2013, that's possible as well. And it'd give Canelo 2 fights after his Mosley fight in May to beat legit fighters.

If Victor Ortiz beats Andre Berto, though I doubt we'd get a rematch and most really don't care to see one, it's still possible. The more realistic option out of that fight though is if Andre Berto beats Ortiz handily, he could be a December option for Floyd. If Berto beats Ortiz handily, that's fine by me for him to fight Floyd. He'd without a doubt be the best WW after Floyd and Pac, and he was in line to fight Floyd last year if he'd beaten Ortiz in April 2011.

Sergio is fighting in September, he doesn't fight 3 months later in December, no way. He fights every 5-7 months. Sergio will likely return after September most likely anywhere from February-May 2013. Pac is there, but with Floyd going to jail and getting out in Late July/Early August, I don't see how Manny won't have his next opponent for November lined up already, it's just not realistic. Especiall with Arum and Schaefer saying that won't happen till 2013 most likely.

Scarface is a great movie, one of my favorites, but Goodfellas and Raging Bull ahead of Scarface by a wide margin.

De Niro > Pacino........all day everyday.

Money talks 4CK, Martinez has been waiting for that kind of payday his whole career.

Than I guess Sergio is a liar and full of s**t when he said he wants Julio in September and than Mayweather in the Spring after that???

I'm just saying it's unrealistic to think Floyd can or is going to fight Sergio in December, Floyd's most likely return date after Cotto.

And I wouldn't have a problem with Alvarez, Khan, or Berto, of course depending on what happens between now and December for sure.
