it's NOT exposure but the lack of quality opponents...if the best Trout can do is a Rigoberto Alvarez (he 's so bad he can't spar w/his brother Canelo) he may as well hang it up..Trout is boring, really no punch & can't draw flies...he'd get KO'd by Canelo or if he moves up he has no chance @ a belt...

Did you see Trout's debut on ShoBox? I know it wasn't the best opponent, but he had a decent style and he drew a pretty loud crowd. It wasn't the biggest crowd, but he was barely making his TV debut and the people in Texas/New Mexico seemed to really back this guy. He's only 26 and if he keeps fighting on TV I can see him becoming a good draw. Especially in the Southwest.

Didn't this dude have an August fight against Sergiy? But I guess that can be made another time. It's better he's fighting sooner, because guys his age should be aiming to fight 4 times a year anyway.

Really? all Canelo has is heavy hands with KO power, decent speed, and no head movement. Trout would be too slick of a fighter for Alvarez.
