We all know very well that Manny is on some sort of PED. The ones who don't believe either don't know anything about boxing or simply don't want to believe. It's that simple... The proof is in his performances. I don't need OSDT (which he has never taken), to find out. All I have to do is do a bit of research and I'll find out that he won his first championship at 112 and is know knocking guys out at 147!!! That's it.

Has he tested Positive?? Until he tests Postive then all it really comes down to is Floyd coming up with excuses not to fight him. Who is Floyd to be calling all the shots? First its a testing issue, when that comes resolved, then its a money issue, if not money than its a venue, Cmon now. Floyd cant get anything and everything they way he wants it. He dont care about the fans, he cares about hisself, and his "0". If Pacquiao or anyone for that matter tests positive for PEDS, they will lose my respect along with everyone elses.
