All the other stuff about steroids, loaded gloves, and being weight drained is just unproven excuses. There is no evidence at all for Pacquiao using PEDs. Only Team Mayweather, Paulie Malignaggi, and ignorant Internet posters perpetuate this rumour. I highly doubt Cotto puts any thought into it and just takes the loss like a man.

The Margarito loss has been put to bed with the victory in the rematch.

Sorry for not answering your question. I really don't know if Cotto thinks of himself as undefeated. It's possible. He seems confident and determined to beat Mayweather. I think he will lose and it will be a good win and another tittle for Floyd who seems as good as ever at age 35. Clean living, dedication to his craft, hard work and great talent are all paying off for him big time.
