I would like to see Cotto come out smoking, dodging, throwing that left hook to the body and counter upper cuts, let see how Floyd Jr responds with his accurate quick jobs and right cross.
Floyd will be ruuning with his panties down after a few power punches and feels the left hook to the body. He will be running faster than Curley's after Miguel tagged that body!
PBF made a huge mistake when asking for Cotto. It will be the worse 90 days of his life, reflecting on how Miguel pounded on his head and body all night long like a "PANDERETA DE ALELUYA"!

Man the hate on Cotto has grown to astronomical proportions. I think they hate on him because they are insecure about him. They secretly fear a guy like Cotto. They feel that Cotto threatens their man. That's why they want to see him lose. No matter who's fighting him, they side against him. Its funny to see the hate on him even though he's fought the best and about to make more money than any of you haters ever will for the rest of your hating lives haha. Funniest thing is your hate doesn't fall on Cotto's ears, and even if it did, he couldn't possibly give less than a f***. I don't like Floyd's personality, but I respect his talent and boxing ability. I dont hate on him all over the place because it won't do s***. Keep hating and stay mad

Cotto doesn't plan on pressuring Mayweather, because pressuring Mayweather is the worst strategy in boxing history. Mayweather's defense is designed for that. He stays on the outside, which makes opponents (and dumbass fans) think the goal is to get inside. Once there, however, he uses crafty angles, his gloves, and his elbows to smother, deflect, and cheap-shot his opponents. He wants those guys coming inside.
Cotto and his team have likely studied a boatload of tape and will be aware of this. We saw when he beat Margarito both times (prior to the plaster-to-the-nose in fight #1), as well as in his fight with Mosley, that he has plenty of ability to box patiently.
When Judah, Castillo, and De La Hoya had success against Mayweather, it was in forcing Mayweather to fight against a patient opponent. Mosley had similar success early, but then thought he needed to follow up the round 2 dazing with pressure, which ultimately did him in.
Pressure is bad against Mayweather. You back up, jab, and make him come to you.

I hope Cotto try to box with him too. Floyd know how to apply intelligent pressure, but he's not great at it. Nevertheless, Cotto isn't that consistent at fighting on his back foot. I do think Cotto is going to surprise him with the jab, Cotto know how to set it up and catches his opponents with it when they least expects him to throw it. Cotto has good timing and can box when he need to, but I'm not sure if he can come close to outboxing Floyd for 12 rounds.
